Wear your Chair!

The biggest decision you make for your wedding is also often the first step you take in moving forward with the planning. And no, we're not talking about finding the perfect man-- we're talking about finding the perfect dress.

The bridal gown is the starting point for many of your wedding-planning ventures including: venue, budget, and most importantly the event style. You wouldn't settle for any ordinary, every day wedding dress for your special day, would you? So why choose any ordinary, every day chair covering for the reception? The wedding reception is your perfect opportunity to step away from the traditional and introduce some forward-thinking ideas and elements. Use that time and those elements to simply blow your guests away.

A vital aspect of any Reveal Event Style wedding is implementing complimentary details for every facet of your design, including the events leading up to your wedding. Taking design elements from the focal point of your ceremony- your bridal gown- and introducing them as focal points in the reception- your chair covers and table linens- is an incredible way to show guests that you cared enough about their experience to spend time to seamlessly integrate beautiful details throughout the entire event.

Cotton, Hops, and Hymns...

Ahhh, weddings in the South! Imagine a hint of lavender in the air... the sweet sounds of a bluegrass band and voices singing old sacred hymns... as a picturesque bride with a bouquet of cotton, hops and magnolia floats down the aisle to her dapper groom! Then a WHOLE LOT of dancing & fun! This was the wedding of Renee & Chad Pankake! Enjoy!

Tuesday Trend: Baby's Breath

A new favorite floral selection many of our brides have been raving about is.....Baby's Breath.
Yes, I said it.

You have to see it to believe it...and you will fall in LOVE, just as we did.

Une Seule Fois Serveur

une seule fois serveur! (Servers on Unicycles!)

Long gone are the days of simple peu de nourriture (little food) on a plate – everything must be an experience and that includes your amuse bouche to the late night snack.

Appreciating flavors and epicurian feats requires that we also make them fun to receive! We have traveled cakes first class cross country and created carousels of treats- Recently featured on the silver screen are truffles a la parachutes delivered to delighted guests after the party (“New Year’s Day”).

For many years we suited models & actors in gear as they parlayed through a party as a table. Wine has been served via trapeze… what ‘s the next level…. UNICYCLES! What could make virtually ANYTHING more fun to eat!?!?

**A personal note: does anyone know the joy of Lambert’s Café? A “thrown roll” whizzing passed your face was a sure sign of a good time growing up! Not so sure it’s appropriate for liability at a wedding or event but maybe if you were the star pitcher it would be a fun send off! Haha!
