Long gone are the days of simple peu de nourriture (little food) on a plate – everything must be an experience and that includes your amuse bouche to the late night snack.
Appreciating flavors and epicurian feats requires that we also make them fun to receive! We have traveled cakes first class cross country and created carousels of treats- Recently featured on the silver screen are truffles a la parachutes delivered to delighted guests after the party (“New Year’s Day”).
For many years we suited models & actors in gear as they parlayed through a party as a table. Wine has been served via trapeze… what ‘s the next level…. UNICYCLES! What could make virtually ANYTHING more fun to eat!?!?

**A personal note: does anyone know the joy of Lambert’s Café? A “thrown roll” whizzing passed your face was a sure sign of a good time growing up! Not so sure it’s appropriate for liability at a wedding or event but maybe if you were the star pitcher it would be a fun send off! Haha!
