We have traveled cakes first class cross country and created carousels of treats- Recently featured on the silver screen are truffles a la parachutes delivered to delighted guests after the party (“New Year’s Day”).
For many years we suited models & actors in gear as they parlayed through a party as a table. Wine has been served via trapeze… what ‘s the next level…. UNICYCLES! What could make virtually ANYTHING more fun to eat!?!?

**A personal note: does anyone know the joy of Lambert’s Café? A “thrown roll” whizzing passed your face was a sure sign of a good time growing up! Not so sure it’s appropriate for liability at a wedding or event but maybe if you were the star pitcher it would be a fun send off! Haha!
